Welcome to Cedarpeaks EAL
Cedarpeaks Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programs were established in 2018 by Marie Hodgson. In partnership with Jewelview Farm, Cedarpeaks EAL offers a unique experience in which groups work side by side with their horse partners in teambuilding, school/youth leadership, family/individual exercises that the participants will never forget!
Experts in the field of Equine assisted Learning, Cedarpeaks EAL brings the empathy, communication, and language of the horse to the learning and understanding of ourselves.
what is eal?
EAL is an experiential approach to developing life skills, leadership skills, and empathy with horses as a partner. Bringing groups together in an inclusive and productive atmosphere, to complete the exercises as a team. All work with the horse is done on the ground, no horse experience is necessary.

Participants engage in objectively driven exercises and find themselves learning valuable lessons about themselves and the way we work with others in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Leaders emerge, challenges are met, and solutions are discussed. The skills learned during the EAL program are transferable to the workplace, school, and/or family relationships.
